The Park City Culinary Institute has opened a second school in Salt Lake City, offering day and evening classes for those interested in working in a professional kitchen as well as home cooks looking to improve their skills.
The first session begins Monday. Others start June 26, Aug. 21 and Oct. 16. New programs being offered in the school, 1484 S. State St., include “Pastry and Baking” and “Cuisine.” Classes meet twice a week for eight weeks. Students get $500 off tuition by enrolling in both programs. An evening program begins June 7.
